How do I redeem a ticket?
When you have chosen which site you would like to join, just send us a support ticket with the name of your chosen website, along with your chosen username and password. We will then set this up, and email confirmation to you within 24 hours.
How long are my tickets valid for?
Your tickets are valid for 24 months from the date your purchase them! Within this time, your ticket will always entitle you to 1 month of access at any Blue.XXX website. Even if our regular monthly prices increase, your ticket will still be valid!
Can I spend all my tickets at the same website?
With a huge range of websites to choose from we're sure you'll be wanting to check out more than a few of them! However, you are welcome to spend them all one site if you wish. You may also find a great discount price for only one website on our Discount Memberships page.
